In our latest project for Jomashop, we faced a unique challenge: how to authentically showcase their watch authentication process. Initially, we hired actors to portray real watchmakers, but during editing, we realized this approach might seem disingenuous. By re-editing the video to transparently reveal the actors’ roles, we added a touch of humor and maintained the authenticity Jomashop values. This case study highlights the importance of transparency in marketing and how embracing honesty can build stronger connections with your audience.
